Here is a great one we often struggle with: fear + regrets. Fear often comes from a lack of confidence or the fear of being rejected, but what is worse than fear? Regrets. How often have you regretted for not approaching that someone, or regretted for not purchasing that must have dress at Bergdorfs, or simply regretted not adding morning fitness to your routine? Fear is one of our worst hated enemy because fear leads to regrets. Do not be fearful, what is the worse that can happen? We all get rejected, but it’s always better you did something than regretting not doing anything x -H xx
